Students and Professionals in Training can apply for our Abstract Scholarship. At FRM we understand the value of research and encourage its pursuit. Applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

As in preceding years, the 2025 FRMC will again accept abstracts addressing basic science issues in reproductive biology and clinical discoveries in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Abstract submission deadline will end October 1, 2025, at 5:00PM U.S. East Coast Time.

 

Abstracts are to follow standard ASRM abstract specifications (see example below).

The FRMC will select 3 prize papers:

  • 1st Prize Paper receiving a monetary award of US$1,000

  • 2nd Prize Paper of US$500

  • 3rd Prize Paper of US$250

Lastly, our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive complimentary tickets for FRMC 2026.

The number of submitted abstracts per attendee is not restricted. The submitting author must, however, be registered as an attendee of the conference.

Submission Requirements:

All abstracts must be submitted electronically via email to ykulkarni@thechr.com. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Submission of an abstract for consideration for presentation implies that the presenting author & associated co-authors have legal and ethical rights to submit and present this work. Plagiarism and submitting work that an author has no rights to, will result in an investigation and penalty.

Submission of an abstract for consideration for presentation implies that the presenting author or a designated co-author will attend the meeting to present his/her work if accepted.

 

Abstract Formatting and Content:

Abstracts must adequately describe the research performed so that the quality, originality, and completeness of the work can be evaluated. 

The 5 required headings should be submitted within a structured abstract:

 

  1. Title and Author of Abstract

  2. Objective

  3. Materials and Methods

  4. Results

  5. Conclusion(s)

 

Abbreviations used in abstracts must be defined. Abbreviations are permitted in titles if they immediately follow the term being abbreviated and are enclosed in parentheses. If used in the text, they should be defined at first mention if not already defined in the title.

 

Figures, images, and/or graphics are not permitted and will be deleted.
